The Minotaur 400p is based on the Minotaur family of hardware and software. Utilizing the CIT technology, it employs shock mounts, and is placed inside a reinforced indestructible aluminum cube. The 49-centimeter cube weighs approximately 60 lbs., making it the perfect size for building and perimeter monitoring. The Minotaur 400p can be mounted and operated in moving vehicles, from unmanned aerial vehicles to Hummers, allowing for rapid onsite detection, identification and confirmation of explosives, chemical weapons and toxic industrial chemicals.
