The GCAT™ 500 is the first suitcase-sized system capable of GC/MS/MS to hit the market, providing bench-top performance without the bench. With expanded sampling capabilities that allow for the analysis of both semi-volatile and volatile organic compounds and on-board computer control, the GCAT 500 will be the tool of choice for on-site confirmatory analysis.
The GCAT 500 employs the same CIT technology as the GCAT 300 and GCAT 400, making it a logical extension of the innovative GCAT family. The 500 offers the flexibility to perform survey analysis, continuous air monitoring, and gas-phase sample pre-concentration. In addition, the GCAT 500 has the capability to perform split/splitless liquid injections. The GCAT 500 has minimal consumable requirements, available from many sources.
