Direct Solid Phase Microextraction (SPME) is a simple-to-use inlet technique that the Griffin 300 supports to meet the need for high-performance chemical analysis.

Griffin's platform of modular inlets, including the GC and SPME, have been designed for interchangability and easy maintenance. Griffin's novel SPME interface design simplifies the sample preparation process and enables analyses with or without the GC option.

The SPME inlet permits rapid analysis of gas-phase or liquid-phase samples and can be interchanged and cleaned with the instrument under vacuum. Because the SPME port allows direct injection without the use of a GC, the operator experiences an unparalleled rapid response time.
