The cheMSense 600™ offers an adaptive smart sensor approach to chemical threat detection. Its ability to provide 24/7 continuous indoor air monitoring and detection is well-suited for building and facilities protection. It rapidly detects chemical contaminants in vapor, with response times from seconds to less than one minute.

Like all GRIFFIN mass spectrometers, the cheMSense 600 utilizes Cylindrical Ion Trap (CIT) technology that provides the ability to perform multi-dimensional analysis or MS/MS.  This new breakthrough in MS/MS instrumentation is configured for on-demand deployment, rapid detection, and bidirectional network control and reporting.

Equipped with an onboard computer, the cheMSense 600 controls, stores data, and handles communication.  The cheMSense 600 alarms based on programmed target compound entries. As new targets are identified, they may be added to the library of the installed base.
